As a limited partner your investment will be a passive investment. Lucas and his team will do all the work to find the deal, rehab and stabilize the asset, oversee property management, and send you your distributions!
Step 1
Meeting With Lucas
Reach out to Lucas through one of the contact pages, Lucas will setup a meeting so we can better understand your investing goals, and see if what we offer aligns with what you are looking for. Walk you through how the process works in more detail, and answer all the questions your have.
Step 2
Find Deal
Lucas and his team will find a property or properties that meet the required expected return targets, put the property under contract, perform the due diligence, and validate the purchase.
Step 3
Investor Commitment
Once Lucas and his team have the deal under contract, he will send it to his investor list to see who would be interested. Investors will need to commit to provide funding at this point. A new legal partnership will be formed with the investors prior to closing.
Step 4
Investor Commitment
We close on the property, and Lucas' team will get to work stabilizing the asset. This will consist of remodeling individual units, capital improvements, raising rents to market values, and overseeing the management team.
Step 5
Stabilization
This is the fun part! Once the asset is stabilized, we will start sending distributions to the investors.
