Lucas Miles is a real estate investor based out of Minnesota, that focuses on buying, stabilizing, and operating small to medium sized multifamily properties in cash flowing communities. Lucas and his partners currently own both market rate and affordable properties in a variety of markets in Minnesota and Iowa.

Lucas first started by purchasing a single family rental, progressed into smaller multifamily, and now invests in small to medium sized apartment buildings and portfolios multiple states.

Lucas is continuing to grow his business, and is searching for partners who are interested in passively investing in a future deal with him.

What tax documents will I receive?

You will receive a K-1 by March 15th for the previous tax season.

Can I invest through my retirement accounts

Yes! You will need to set up a self-directed IRA or Solo 401k account, we can help you understand how to set these up.

How does the investment work?

We will create a new partnership to acquire the investment property. General Partner (GPs) – Lucas and his team are responsible for the execution of the business plan. Limited Partners (LPs) invest their capital into the partnership and assume a passive role. LPs will share in both cash flow, equity, and tax benefits.
